In Sametime_20100216.log I noticed the below few lines repeated frequently and a technote detailing the error.

I have just read carl's comment who noticed the same. Can you open the communityconfig.txt and see whether you have any reference of other IP addresses in there?
I have seen 213.23.104.130 referenced a few times, what is this IP address? Dies your server have two IP addresses or maybe resolve somewhere else via DNS?
I'm seeing the below error in various debug files. Looks like something relating to Winsock but I don't have enough knowledge of things like that.
100216_105512.610,INF,UCM ,ST return code=42, Winsock Error=WSAECONNABORTED (10053) Software caused connection abort. An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine, possibly due to a data transmission timeout or protocol error.
Have you got Traveler and Sametime running on the same server?
Just going back to the IP address theme, I have seen the following in summary_1.diag and compared to one of our ST servers and we only see a single IP address listed whilst you have three!!
IPv4 Enabled = TRUE
IPv6 Enabled = FALSE
Fallback Enabled = FALSE
Local Host Test = PASS
Any Address Test = PASS
Hostname: sobis-005-srv
Hostname Address Test = PASS
Address Type: IPv4: 1 IPv6: 0 Length: 16 IP: 192.168.113.130

Address Type: IPv4: 1 IPv6: 0 Length: 16 IP: 213.23.104.170
Check out host files, DNS etc for this server.
